These terms apply to every offer and agreement between ESleeswijk Consultancy B.V. (Full Chair) and you. They are governed by Dutch law. Where you buy as a consumer, mandatory Dutch consumer law always takes precedence over anything written here.
1. Who we are
ESleeswijk Consultancy B.V., trading as Full Chair, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42034470. Contact: info@uforu.nl.
2. Scope
These terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements concerning our digital products and services. Deviations are only valid when agreed in writing.
General purchasing or other terms of the buyer are expressly rejected.
3. Offers and prices
All prices shown on this site are in US dollars and are one-time payments. Any VAT due is calculated and shown at checkout.
Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind us.
4. Payment
Payment happens at checkout through our payment processor. The agreement is concluded once payment is confirmed.
Where a payment plan is offered, it runs as fixed monthly instalments that end automatically after the final payment. There is no open-ended subscription.
5. Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment on the confirmation page and remain available at the link shown there.
The Curriculum is self-paced; access is not time-limited.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, you expressly consent to immediate delivery at checkout and thereby waive the right of withdrawal, as permitted under Dutch law (art. 6:230p BW).
7. Intellectual property
All modules, workbooks, templates and materials remain our intellectual property. You may use them inside your own practice or business. You may not resell, publish or share them with third parties.
8. Results and liability
Our materials are educational. Results depend on your field, your effort and how consistently you apply the method. We give no guarantee of any specific outcome, audience or income.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product, except in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part.
9. Privacy
We process the personal data you provide (such as your email address) to deliver the product and to follow up. We process it in line with the GDPR and do not sell it to third parties. Our full privacy policy is on the /privacy page.
10. Complaints and disputes
Complaints can be sent to info@uforu.nl and are answered within 14 days.
Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law appoints another court. Consumers in the EU can also use the European ODR platform.
